Sales Business Retention Representative (Corporate Market): Manage retention of existing corporate accounts in legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, and operations with an accent on building trusted relationships, proactive outreach, and issue resolution. Focus on developing strategic account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, leading consultative conversations, and forecasting renewals and growth.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA: Riverwoods IL, Cary NC, Philadelphia PA, Kennesaw GA, Dallas TX or other listed locations. Domestic travel up to 25%.
Salary: $63,200 - $108,200 USD + Commission

What you will do
- Maintain expertise in WK products, corporate workflows, market trends, and regulatory developments.
- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, execute strategic plans to improve retention and expand adoption.
- Conduct proactive outreach, own issue resolution, and coordinate across teams for seamless customer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities, lead consultative sales for upsell/cross-sell, prepare proposals, and negotiate renewals.
- Build pipeline in Salesforce, produce accurate forecasts, and track account activity and metrics.
- Represent professionally in meetings and events, demonstrate company values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in account management, client relationships, customer success, or renewals.
- Experience managing customer portfolios across SMB, mid-market, enterprise; engaging stakeholders; handling renewals and negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office; meeting retention/revenue targets.
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools.
Nice to have
- 5+ years in account management/sales in legal, regulatory, SaaS, or B2B.
- Sales enablement tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo.
- Background supporting corporate legal, compliance, finance, or risk teams.
