What you will do
- Maintain and grow revenue streams through successful renewal management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strong positive relationships to ensure solution adoption.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end accountability for negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.
- Perform strategic account planning in coordination with internal sales resources.
- Maintain accurate data in SFDC to support territory planning and forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in sales, account management, marketing, or customer success.
- Proven track record of closing sales and attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
