Salary: $200,000 — $281,250 USD

What you will do
- Build and maintain ground-level relationships with Partners’ field stakeholders, including account executives and sales leadership.
- Execute account mapping and coverage planning with Partners’ GTM teams to identify priority accounts.
- Proactively source opportunities for Global Payroll, EOR, and Contractor Management from partner field teams.
- Coordinate co-sell execution through qualification, stakeholder mapping, and mutual action plans.
- Drive awareness of ’s value proposition via targeted enablement and local advocacy.
- Organize and execute field and ecosystem events within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Significant experience with Strategic Alliance partners and their field organization dynamics.
- Proven track record of sourcing and progressing pipeline in multi-stakeholder enterprise contexts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior field stakeholders.
- Highly organized operator capable of maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm and clean reporting.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Willingness to travel 50–70%.
