TL;DR

Finance Process Lead (Financial Transformation): Shaping and delivering the transformation of financial reporting and accounting processes via the FRAM project with an accent on process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory compliance. Focus on defining the new Financial Reporting Manual structure, coordinating complex change initiatives, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Location: Hybrid in Oxford, UK (ability to work from home under hirify.global GB's hybrid arrangements)

Salary: £36,826 with a discretionary range up to £42,481 subject to relevant experience

What you will do

  • Embed within the FRAM project team to ensure delivery on time, to scope, and to high standards.
  • Work with stakeholders across hirify.global, including senior leaders, to map current processes and design improved financial procedures.
  • Support the Deputy CFO in defining the scope and structure of the new Financial Reporting Manual.
  • Drive clarity, coordination, and insight in the complex change programme to build a more agile finance function.
  • Engage with new technology and promote continuous improvement across self, project, and organisation.

Requirements

  • Qualified or nearly qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting (management accounts, year-end, accounting standards) and understanding of risks and controls.
  • Proven experience leading finance process improvements and system implementations, including change management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex operational and accounting environment with attention to detail and persistence.
