Salary: £35,948 - £45,216 plus an annual bonus of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of credit hire handlers within the mitigation department.
• Oversee performance management, including quality auditing, training, and disciplinary procedures.
• Conduct monthly file audits to identify trends and staff development needs.
• Act as a key link between the mitigation department and the wider business to maintain mitigation awareness.
• Mentor and coach the team on technical areas of indemnity, liability, and credit hire.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of new claims management process improvements.

Requirements

• Essential experience in motor claims.
• Proven people management experience.
