What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team handling operational tax activities
• Ensure tax processes are delivered accurately and on time per controls and timetables
• Manage reconciliations between tax accounts and submissions against KPIs
• Maintain financial controls and support internal/external audits
• Build relationships with Group Tax, Finance, and operational stakeholders
• Review processes for efficiency, risk reduction, and change implementation

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in finance
• Sound knowledge of corporate tax accounting and reporting
• Experience with accounting systems, ledger postings, and reconciliations
• People management experience focused on development and performance
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across teams
• Experience in process improvements and delivering to deadlines
