What you will do
- Process daily rent receipts and update records for internal teams.
- Perform daily client account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Work with property managers to set up and update rental charges.
- Handle enquiries, supplier payments, tenant refunds, and operational reporting.
- Support month-end processes, audits, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ residential client accounting experience, ideally PRS, BtR or new build.
- Experience with property management systems such as SLM or Qube.
- Proactive problem-solver for fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first, collaborative approach with commitment to quality.
Nice to have
- Industry qualification/membership of ARLA/Propertymark.
