TL;DR

Director, GTM EMEA (SaaS): Leading and scaling the European presence across large audit and advisory firms with an accent on regional performance, revenue growth, and operational execution. Location: Remote, must be located in the United Kingdom (preferred) or Ireland

Salary: £130,000 – £145,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a remote-first startup automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners within cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit.

What you will do

  • Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
  • Lead and scale the EMEA go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions.
  • Manage the regional revenue target and partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
  • Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand.
  • Align regional execution with global strategy and operating models in partnership with US-based executive leadership.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend scalable solutions as the EMEA business matures.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading revenue or GTM organizations in EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem.
  • Experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and high-performing customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build regional infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or similar organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing or startup environments.
