Location: Remote within EMEA (United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden). Travel 60-70% across EMEA required.

What you will do

  • Apply consultative selling to research customers, validate needs, and co-develop tailored Fill & Finish and Watson-Marlow Architect solutions.
  • Conduct CVP-based white-space analysis to identify revenue gaps and create growth plans across key accounts.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, hunt new opportunities in Single-Use market via research, networking, and events.
  • Act as technical advisor to customers, integrators, and OEMs, providing troubleshooting and optimization recommendations.
  • Demonstrate products on-site or virtually, promote full portfolio, and utilize CRM for lead tracking and forecasting.
  • Champion cross-portfolio solutions and core values in collaboration with regional teams.

Requirements

  • BSc/Diploma in relevant subject or equivalent technical experience in life sciences.
  • Technical sales experience selling process capital equipment to life sciences customers; Fill Finish experience as asset.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven key account management and business development in B2B technical environment.
  • Entrepreneurial skills: problem-solving, budgeting, networking, collaboration; ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in English essential; willingness to travel 60-70% across EMEA.

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
  • Fill Finish experience.
