Sales Executive (Embedded Finance): Generate revenue by selling Embedded Financial Experiences to brands, financial services providers and fintech scale-ups in the UK and Europe with an accent on business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle management. Focus on qualifying prospects, building trust through deep understanding of their business challenges, regulatory constructs, and flow of funds, and closing deals by overcoming objections.

Location: Hybrid in London, England, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Work with startups, brands, and financial services providers to demonstrate unique value proposition of Equals' Banking as a Service and Cards as a Service products.
  • Drive business development as a hunter role: prospect, qualify, engage clients, and manage full sales lifecycle.
  • Deeply analyze prospects' business, regulatory environment, funds flow, and challenges to ensure fit.
  • Build trust, conduct compelling C-level presentations, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM activity logs, provide market feedback for product and marketing improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience selling SaaS, fintech/tech, or B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Superb listening skills to handle objections and turn skeptics into customers
  • High empathy, tenacity, discipline, and self-starter mindset
  • Strong presentation skills for C-level executives
  • Collaborative team player willing to improve processes
