Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $156,360 – $356,280

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise culture transformation strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Partner with senior executives to translate leadership behaviors into operating rhythms, systems, and observable actions.
• Design and lead large-scale change initiatives to embed the company culture into daily ways of working.
• Manage the Culture Influencers network to support empathetic leadership while maintaining clarity and accountability.
• Own the enterprise culture measurement strategy and translate engagement-survey results into prioritized action plans.
• Develop frameworks, manager kits, and activation guides to scale culture priorities across geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Organizational Development, HR, or Psychology preferred).
• 10+ years of experience leading culture transformation initiatives as a primary responsibility.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide culture initiatives with measurable impact on engagement or revenue.
• Extensive experience advising senior executives in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with engagement platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, or Peakon.
• Must be based in the United States.
