What you will do

• Define and refine credit strategies aligning with portfolio goals.
• Discover insights from data using Python and SQL to answer business questions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to implement strategies.
• Monitor strategy success and identify improvement areas.
• Optimise credit decisioning on who to lend to, amounts, and rates.
• Develop models forecasting returns and support investor reporting.

Requirements

• Daily coding experience with proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Proven experience in credit risk strategy, ideally credit card lending
• Strategic mindset to translate data into actionable decisions
• Focus on commercial and customer needs
• Collaborative approach, challenging assumptions
