What you will do

• Monitor and manage end-to-end data flows for submissions to vendors and CMS to prevent data leakage and errors.
• Own claim and supplemental submission workflows for CMS EDS.
• Develop data pipeline tracking reports, analyze and resolve encounter data errors.
• Collaborate between Engineering and Risk Adjustment teams on initiatives and strategies.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation for encounter processes.

Requirements

• Two years experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment, CMS EDS submissions, and healthcare claims data
• At least two years programming experience using SQL, Python, and R
• Experience building operational dashboards
• Self-starter with high internal drive and focus on business customer needs
