What you will do

• Establish and own the data foundation for the rapidly growing GPU marketplace.
• Define, build, and deliver critical business metrics that drive company-wide decisions.
• Bridge the gap between technical AI infrastructure and business needs to provide actionable insights.
• Work directly with leadership to translate complex data into business strategy.
• Shape the data analytics function from the ground up as the first analytics hire.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably at a technical startup with significant ownership.
• Strong SQL and Python scripting skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in data debugging and a proactive approach to ensuring data health and correctness.
• Experience with dashboard development and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Metabase, PostHog).
• Ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to leadership and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in GPU compute infrastructure or the cloud computing sector.
• Background in AI infrastructure or related technical domains.
• Data engineering skills or familiarity with developing data pipelines.
• Previous experience at high-growth, early-stage technical companies.
