What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop performance metrics for new product launches.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design behavior tracking and data models for product evaluation.
• Conduct proactive analyses to identify trends and diagnose root causes for business leadership.
• Build and maintain insight dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python to create scalable data assets.
• Drive the development and adoption of AI-enabled analytics and workflows.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience writing complex, production-quality SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data wrangling, time series forecasting, and counterfactual analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with DBT or ETL environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
