What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer workflows and identify transformation opportunities
• Define tailored success plans and implementation strategies aligned to customer goals
• Deliver platform training and enablement to drive early adoption
• Co-develop ROI and value validation assets with Customer Success Managers
• Capture customer insights and feedback for Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Evolve onboarding playbook, tools, and documentation
• Serve as technical advisor in late-stage sales with demos and proof-of-concepts

Requirements

• 5+ years in consultative, customer-facing role (Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success) or homebuilding Operations
• Experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech
• Deep understanding of at least one area: Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing
• Strong systems thinking to simplify complexity
• Confident communicator with executives, field operators, and teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
