What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and workforce needs for digital workplace transformation.
• Conduct assessments, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and identify pain points across collaboration tools.
• Analyze findings and develop tailored recommendations, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Design end-to-end digital workplace solutions including collaboration platforms, messaging, and document management.
• Define architectures, integrations, and specifications; evaluate technologies and develop implementation plans.
• Lead or support implementations, configure tools, resolve issues, and ensure project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by US remote location).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5-8 years in consulting, digital workplace projects, collaboration solutions, UX design, or change management.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, intranet portals, productivity tools).
• Experience with Microsoft Modern Work Stack, Microsoft 365 Migration tools (Quest, AvePoint), and Microsoft Endpoint Security (Intune).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, sales, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint and workflow migrations.
• Relevant certifications.
