What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for customer engagement as advocates and strategic partners.
• Implement and scale a customer advocacy platform to drive pipeline and deal acceleration.
• Cultivate strategic customer advocates across various industries and geographies, building relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Drive the creation of high-impact customer content, including case studies, videos, and keynote appearances.
• Lead customer participation in flagship events, industry conferences, and partner activations.
• Build and operationalize a global reference program aligned with sales priorities to accelerate deals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy within enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building and scaling programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, and AI/engineering leaders.
• Exceptional storytelling instincts to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience collaborating closely with PR, analyst relations, and executive teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
