TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Building strategic partnerships with global accounts and executives to transform technical success into scalable business outcomes with an accent on customer advocacy and storytelling. Location: Must be based in the USA (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $98,000 - $123,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build strategic joint marketing partnerships with global accounts and executives to capture impactful customer success stories.
  • Develop and promote diverse customer content, including case studies, videos, slide decks, and media opportunities.
  • Expand the customer reference roster in the Americas region, collaborating with PR, Field Marketing, and Sales.
  • Manage end-to-end customer marketing projects, tracking metrics and reporting impact to leadership.
  • Drive product usage and adoption in close partnership with developer relations, sales, and product marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS or IT services.
  • Proven ability to interview B2B technology buyers and communicate technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives and C-Level customers.
  • Strong storytelling, interviewing, and editing skills for managing complex global customer engagements.
  • Native-level English fluency required.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • AI-first mindset: leveraging AI tools to scale content production and analyze customer sentiment.
  • Track record of recruiting high-profile customer advocates from enterprise accounts.
  • Experience directing/editing video testimonials or designing high-impact presentation decks.
  • Upper intermediate (B2+) proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other romance languages.
