What you will do
- Define and own the customer marketing strategy to increase enterprise credibility and product adoption.
- Build a scalable program for customer advocacy, storytelling, and reference management.
- Produce high-quality assets including case studies, testimonials, and customer narratives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and DevRel to source and prioritize customer stories across various industries.
- Develop sales enablement assets to support outbound activities and enterprise deal closure.
- Establish and measure performance metrics to optimize the impact of customer proof programs.
Requirements
- Senior IC experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer advocacy within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of transforming customer stories into commercially useful assets for marketing and sales.
- Experience building strategy and operating processes in maturing organizational functions.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across different functional teams.
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability tailored to technical buyers.
- Must be based in Europe or possess the legal right to work in the target region.
Nice to have
- Background in technical SaaS, developer tools, AI, or infrastructure categories.
- Experience with open-source, fair-code, or community-led product environments.
- Exposure to global GTM organizations across Europe and the US.
