What you will do
- Build and execute territory/account plans, create net-new pipeline through outbound, partners, events, and referrals.
- Practice insight-led selling: uncover bottlenecks, build alignment across CFO/CIO buying committees, and shape mutual action plans.
- Own business case, pricing, negotiation, and closure while quantifying value in capacity release, cycle time, and compliance.
- Orchestrate with presales for workshops/demos, customer success for handoffs, and position against RPA/process mining competitors.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and metrics-driven cadence.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
- Proven insight-led sales cycles, executive presence with CFO/CIO, multi-threaded deal management (MEDDICC-style).
- Strong collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.
- Professional fluency in English essential; based in London/UK for onsite/hybrid.
Nice to have
- ERP/SAP exposure or selling automation platforms (RPA/IDP).
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
- German or another major European language.
