Switzerland-based SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, automating finance, procurement, logistics, and sales for Fortune 500 enterprises with agentic AI; expanding into UK with new London office.

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory/account plans, create net-new pipeline through outbound, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Practice insight-led selling: uncover bottlenecks, build alignment across CFO/CIO buying committees, and shape mutual action plans.
  • Own business case, pricing, negotiation, and closure while quantifying value in capacity release, cycle time, and compliance.
  • Orchestrate with presales for workshops/demos, customer success for handoffs, and position against RPA/process mining competitors.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and metrics-driven cadence.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
  • Proven insight-led sales cycles, executive presence with CFO/CIO, multi-threaded deal management (MEDDICC-style).
  • Strong collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.
  • Professional fluency in English essential; based in London/UK for onsite/hybrid.

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure or selling automation platforms (RPA/IDP).
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
  • German or another major European language.
