Location: On-site in London
Salary: $300,000 – $330,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and expand Enterprise Sales teams across UKI, Benelux, and Nordics.
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring predictable forecasting and quota attainment.
- Run precise pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions to accelerate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic deals to build referenceable lighthouse accounts.
- Develop and manage a structured partner motion with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and GSIs.
- Represent the company as a keynote leader at major industry conferences and customer engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in regional leadership managing AEs.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets.
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones (UKI, Benelux, Nordics).
- Strong background selling to technical buyers such as CTOs and engineering leaders.
- Must be based in London for on-site work.
