What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of Client Success Managers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day pre- and post-sales relationships for a portfolio of digital advertising clients.
  • Track and report on team goals, account growth, and retention KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and AdOps to improve operational workflows.
  • Act as a senior resource in key client meetings to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 5+ years in digital and programmatic advertising, preferably within the travel vertical.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Experience working with a DSP (e.g., Appnexus, DBM, MediaMatch) or other Social Media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products.
