What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Engineering Scorecard program to drive adoption across infrastructure domains for improved service health, reliability, code quality, observability, and tooling.
• Translate AI Enablement initiatives into actionable plans with milestones, ownership, and dependency tracking.
• Facilitate program cadences including standups, status updates, RAID management, and tailored stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommend mitigation strategies while escalating critical issues.
• Partner with engineering leaders to enhance accountability and prioritize remediation initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams with varying priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management within software engineering organizations
• 3+ years with infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps teams
• Proven delivery of large-scale cross-functional technical programs across engineering teams
• Experience with engineering health metrics, scorecards, or maturity frameworks like DORA or service readiness models
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with process adaptability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Background in AI/ML platforms or developer experience programs
• Work in large-scale microservices environments
• Advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency
