• Analyze client business, technical solutions, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate customers on hirify.global products, benefits, and payments landscape.
• Stay updated on products and trends through training and research, meeting revenue and satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in enterprise account management or strategic sales, ideally in FinTech
• Track record of exceeding revenue quotas via upselling and cross-selling
• Global experience negotiating with C-level executives
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events
• Understanding of business systems and technical solutions in payments/FinTech
• Ability to analyze data and create strategies for customer success
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
