Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hybrid role requiring on-site presence at CB offices every Tuesday and Wednesday. Authorization to work in the United States required.
Salary: $111,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Develop and evolve LATAM technology roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy, prioritizing growth, customer experience, and efficiency.
- Champion process re-engineering, automation, standardization, and cross-team alignment to streamline operations.
- Analyze interdependencies across technology, operations, and business workflows to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
- Implement Agile methodologies, project management best practices, and vendor management for high-quality delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic technical expertise and drive aligned outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, including 5+ years leading teams in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS, cloud modernization (Node.js, React, microservices), system design, and architecture.
- Proven Agile/Scrum track record delivering complex projects with security compliance (PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001, WCAG).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (native or near-native).
- Experience in data governance, vendor management, business development, and strategic proposals.
- Authorization to work in the United States; ability to travel up to 4 times a year.
