What you will do

• Lead integration of AI solutions into the platform to drive clinical trial innovation
• Manage two agile squads (10–15 members) with a startup-like culture focused on innovation
• Bridge AI development and product R&D, turning research into scalable features
• Collaborate with AI, scientific, and engineering teams on robust technical solutions
• Provide 20% hands-on architectural guidance and mentorship
• Align technical initiatives with business development and customer needs
• Oversee testing strategies, DevOps practices, and full-stack delivery

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
• 10–15 years in software engineering with AI implementation focus
• Proven AI integration experience deploying GenAI, LLM, or NLM in production
• Experience leading engineering teams of 10+ across disciplines
• Experience leading global teams across USA and Canada
• Deep expertise in Agile, DevOps, full-stack development, and testing
