What you will do

• Execute the digital product roadmap, aligning engineering priorities with organizational goals and business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and optimize engineering capacity and delivery visibility.
• Establish product intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance processes.
• Coordinate across Software, Data, and AI teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Lead and coach Program Managers and Principal Engineers, establishing accountability and growth paths.
• Oversee Agile delivery practices and monitor performance using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience, including hands-on production coding.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing talent development.
• Proven experience delivering modern web applications using Node.js, Express, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and distributed system communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, multi-family housing, or PropTech industries.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem tools.
