What you will do

• Nurture relationships and drive sales growth with current and prospective customers using communication and networking skills.
• Schedule and attend in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Develop proposals with basic thermal calculations to design heating solutions.
• Manage CRM data, order cycles, quotes, approvals, and returns.
• Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and reclaim previous business.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and promote solutions.

Requirements

• Reside in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Southern Maine, or Rhode Island.
• 2+ years of outside sales or service industry experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered.
• Self-motivated with track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proven problem-solving, multitasking, and remote work experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and ability to read specifications and drawings.
