What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow program adoption and meet sales goals in assigned territory.
  • Drive consultative sales cycles with district leaders, using data to customize solutions for state and district needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key officials, conducting outreach and workshops.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, tracking progress and sharing insights regionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support program implementation and sustained impact.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Texas and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 3–5+ years in education, sales, or related field; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong sales skills: pipeline management, goal achievement, consultative selling.
  • Ability to travel up to 40–50% and maintain valid driver’s license.
  • Clear communication, organizational skills, and collaborative mindset.
