What you will do

• Gather and document partner business and technical requirements for integrations and migrations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, design scalable solutions, and develop proof of concepts.
• Support API integrations, web services implementations, and partner onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align technical scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Deliver technical presentations, walkthroughs, and enablement sessions for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges to maintain strong partner relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong understanding of solution design, systems analysis, and implementation planning.
• Proven experience working with APIs, web services, and platform migrations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner discovery and implementation activities.
