What you will do

• Manage and track all activities relevant to the development and production of compliant proposals.
• Lead proposal development activities and guide team members in executing assigned tasks.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Lead critical milestones including storyboards, color reviews, and content development discussions.
• Manage technical volumes, including management approaches, staffing, and corporate experience.
• Coordinate production aspects such as word processing, graphics, editing, and printing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal management and operations.
• Experience with IT/technical proposals and the Shipley proposal process.
• Knowledge of IDIQs/GWACs and experience working with DoD and IC agencies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• US citizenship and active Secret clearance preferred.
