What you will do

• Lead core teams on strategic commercial pursuits ranging from $1M to $100M+.
• Drive "best cost first" proposals through disciplined processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee the development of project execution plans (PEP) and resource allocation schedules.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, technical, and execution risks throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Present key proposals and deviations to the Portfolio Business Operating Committee.
• Ensure seamless turnover of project baselines and risk registers to project execution teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in proposal management, project management, or operations leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering competitive proposals under aggressive timelines.
• Experience managing complex, strategic cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact.
• Strong background in risk management, scope definition, and execution planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Grand Rapids, MI, Wauwatosa, WI, or Atlanta, GA

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
