Location: Manchester, NH
Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 base + 15% bonus

What you will do
- Own project execution by building timelines and tracking deliverables across creative, content, events, campaign, and web teams.
- Drive major marketing initiatives, specifically the planning and execution of the flagship annual event, Symposium.
- Manage and optimize project management tools, including the recommendation and implementation of tool improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.
- Identify potential risks and clear roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Streamline internal processes to increase team velocity without sacrificing output quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the B2B tech sector.
- Hands-on approach to project management, with a focus on active execution rather than just oversight.
- Deep understanding of the creative process and marketing team workflows.
- Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Wrike and/or Asana.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
- Must be based in or able to work from Manchester, NH

- Experience utilizing AI to automate mundane tasks and improve efficiency.
