What you will do

• Handle enquiries and pursue sales opportunities for Motor insurance through WhatsApp
• Achieve monthly non-digital insurance sales targets
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues
• Facilitate insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
• Participate in training and professional development

Requirements

• Licensed by the Insurance Authority as an Insurance Agent or Broker (must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2)
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in insurance telesales preferred
• Proven ability to source leads and close sales independently
• Self-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cantonese is a must
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel, etc.)

Nice to have

• CRM experience and/or strong analytical mindset
• Customer-service-oriented with problem-solving skills
