Focus on optimizing the conversion funnel, re-engaging stalled pipeline, and partnering with sales to drive revenue growth.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and run pipeline acceleration programs to drive early-stage conversion and unblock active deals.
  • Design and optimize persona- and vertical-specific lifecycle nurture sequences across marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and re-engage stalled or dark pipeline opportunities through targeted campaigns and multi-threading.
  • Coordinate target account and field marketing support, including pre- and post-event conversion programs.
  • Operationalize "delight" moments and gifting triggers to maintain momentum during key deal milestones.
  • Use AI tools like Clay, Unify, and Claude for account research, contact enrichment, and personalized outreach.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, demand, or revenue marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning ABM and nurture programs that move opportunities through the sales stages.
  • Hands-on technical ability to build sequences, pull lists, and segment accounts.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows for research and content generation.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for full-time in-office work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clay, Unify, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Comfort with SQL or self-serve BI tools for data reporting and impact analysis.
  • Experience running measurable field marketing programs.
  • History of designing trigger-based gifting and delight programs.
