What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise partners, acting as trusted advisor.
- Drive partner growth, upsell opportunities, renewals, and conduct quarterly business reviews remotely and onsite.
- Support lead generation, qualification, sales strategy, and customer meetings in collaboration with sales team.
- Identify and acquire new partners through social media and channels, overseeing onboarding.
- Maximize partner satisfaction, engagement, and expertise with technology.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of partner account management experience.
- 5+ years in B2B software/SaaS environment with proven track record exceeding quotas.
- Experience managing medium-to-large partner accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional network in the region (plus).
- Understanding of CRM and BPM applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
