11 150 PLN - 13 938 PLN gross per month (OTE, 80/20 base/variable).

What you will do
- Support partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to maximize business potential.
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, share insights, and build joint growth plans.
- Analyze operational and commercial metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Lead discussions and negotiations on campaigns, investments, and initiatives.
- Help partners adopt new tools, features, and best practices; monitor local market trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English.
- Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or similar partner-facing role.
- Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics.
- Well-structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing relationships.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach in sales-driven environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Passion for food and developing restaurants.
