TL;DR

Account Manager (Trójmiasto): Supporting restaurant partners in maximizing business potential on the delivery platform with an accent on marketing solutions, growth initiatives, and data-driven insights. Must be based in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Sopot.

11 150 PLN - 13 938 PLN gross per month (OTE, 80/20 base/variable).

What you will do

  • Support partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to maximize business potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, share insights, and build joint growth plans.
  • Analyze operational and commercial metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations on campaigns, investments, and initiatives.
  • Help partners adopt new tools, features, and best practices; monitor local market trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Polish and English.
  • Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or similar partner-facing role.
  • Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics.
  • Well-structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing relationships.
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach in sales-driven environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Passion for food and developing restaurants.
