📋 Description

• Identify and secure opportunities across SME, corporate, and blue-chip clients.
• Build a diverse, delivering pipeline for SME, corporate, and blue-chip clients.
• Lead generation and opportunity closing with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales plans to hit targets.
• Manage 360-degree sales cycle and client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to tailor Convera solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years B2B sales experience in international payments/financial services.
• Must be fluent in English (oral and written).
• Must be fluent in Polish.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Highspot) and MS Office.
• Strong negotiator with ability to close profitable deals.
