What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle to consistently hit and exceed quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
- Cultivate symbiotic relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to resolve technical hurdles for prospects.
- Manage accurate forecasting in Salesforce and ensure high-caliber proposal standards.
- Travel 30-50% of the time to engage with partners and meet customers face-to-face.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS).
- Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
- Fluent English and proficiency in at least one CEE language (e.g., Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek).
- In-depth understanding of the cloud computing market and passion for AWS products.
- Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Germany, Estonia, Austria, Romania, Poland, or the Czech Republic.

- Proven experience selling AWS cloud products and services.
