Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (3 office days / 2 WFH)
Salary: 2,500–3,800 EUR/month + bonuses

What you will do
- Manage and own the success of a designated B2B customer portfolio.
- Engage in daily communications to maximize business value for clients.
- Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Handle customer agreements, renewals, and opportunity pipelines.
- Collaborate on team process improvements and participate in client visits.
Requirements
- Experience leading customer engagements with a proven track record of results.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales using key mailing and sales tools.
- Experience working with international B2B clients, preferably in the technology sector.
