Focus on building the product marketing foundation from scratch, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, and arming sales teams with high-impact enablement tools.

Location: Remote (Global hiring via direct hire or EOR)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a full library of sales enablement collateral including battlecards, comparison tables, and ROI frameworks.
  • Create authoritative long-form content, white papers, and research to position the company as a category leader.
  • Lead the competitive intelligence program by monitoring the landscape and synthesizing win/loss patterns into actionable positioning.
  • Partner with Product teams to develop launch messaging and translate technical features into outcome-driven customer language.
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analyses to refine buyer personas and messaging architecture.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in product, content, or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Exceptional writing ability with a portfolio of sales enablement and long-form technical content.
  • Proven track record of building sales collateral that directly supports deal closure.
  • Strong research instincts and the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives.
  • Experience marketing to mid-market buyers (100-2,000 employees).

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance sectors.
  • Experience building a product marketing function at an early-stage startup.
  • Proficiency with Figma for light design work and HubSpot for content distribution.
  • Background in sales engineering or solutions consulting.
