Salary: $89,700 - $155,500 USD

What you will do
- Present insights to executives including CEO, CCO, and EVPs to influence product and marketing strategies.
- Act as consumer advocate by identifying unmet needs and guiding early-stage product development.
- Translate consumer feedback into actionable recommendations for product features and offerings.
- Develop, manage, and execute research plans aligned with budgets and goals.
- Operate as subject matter expert, synthesizing data into strategic narratives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team for ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Willingness to be in-office 3 days a week to foster collaboration and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, or relevant quantitative field.
- 5–10 years of consumer research experience.
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies including Concept Testing, TURF, Pricing Sensitivity Studies, and Packaging Tests.
- Proven ability to moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews.
- Experience with IHUTs and online/in-store shelf assessments.
