Salary: $169,000 - $199,000 USD

What you will do

• Own design for key Truework product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Simplify complex workflows such as verification requests, document collection, and consent authorization.
• Use AI-assisted design and development tools to rapidly prototype and implement lightweight UI changes.
• Design transparent, accessible, and confidence-building UI patterns for a sensitive financial domain.
• Create thoughtful interaction and visual designs across responsive web and platform surfaces.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work.
• Ability to distill complexity and edge cases in complex domains into simple, usable flows.
• Experience independently planning and executing lightweight research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Strong product instincts to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Attention to detail regarding interaction patterns, content clarity, and accessibility best practices.
• Must be able to work from the office 3+ days a week in a hirify.global hub location.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, identity, or other high-trust regulated spaces.
• Experience designing B2B / B2B2C products, especially for operations teams.
• Familiarity with design systems, documentation, and scalable component thinking.
• Experience designing for secure data, consent, and privacy-forward user experiences.
