Location: Fully remote within the continental United States or Canada (with required overlap with Pacific Time hours)

Salary: $160,000 – $205,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead discovery, user research, and end-to-end product design for the Manage product area
• Design complex financial data visualizations including budgets, forecasts, variance tracking, and compliance reporting
• Create multi-stakeholder workflows across grant, finance, and program teams
• Define and design greenfield product experiences from concept to launch
• Explore and shape AI-powered features to improve efficiency and compliance
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system across the product

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years at senior level
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product domains in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Strong expertise in data-heavy interfaces like dashboards, reporting tools, or operational systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Experience working closely with engineering in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights
• Strong communication and influence with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows
• Experience in finance-related or compliance-heavy domains
