Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking and intentional decision-making across complex workflows.
• Experience leading user research and translating insights into product outcomes.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and iterative, collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of AI systems and how to design trustworthy AI-supported experiences.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, or the UK.
