What you will do

• Manage technical initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with defined business objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and systems, managing dependencies and sequencing.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and drive the resolution of complex issues.
• Establish program governance and provide structured reporting and updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with product, engineering, and editorial teams to translate business needs into structured delivery plans.
• Track delivery performance and support budget and resource management.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex technology or digital programs across multiple teams.
• Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and delivery approaches.
• Professional certification (e.g., Prince2, APM, or PMP/PMI) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, AirTable, and program management toolsets like SmartSheets, Monday, or Asana.
• Experience working with content platforms, CMS, or editorial systems in a publishing environment.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days a week.

• Comfortable using AI tools to support planning, documentation, and reporting.
