What you will do

• Drive the organizational AI agenda, identifying and delivering high-value commercial and operational use cases.
• Lead AI adoption across Client Experience, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from early pilots to scaled, embedded everyday use.
• Establish AI guardrails, usage policies, and risk controls in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to link technology adoption to revenue activation and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, change leadership, or digital enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Practical understanding of GenAI, copilots, and automation from a business and operating-model perspective.
• Proven track record of identifying and scaling AI pilots into embedded organizational adoption.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in London, UK, or the North East US (Boston/Pittsburgh).

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent.
