What you will do

• Translate payments strategy into clear, actionable initiatives and detailed executable plans.
• Drive a portfolio of payments initiatives covering acceptance, terminals, pricing, and payment optimization.
• Lead the execution of terminal-related projects, including new device rollouts, upgrade cycles, and replacement strategies.
• Act as the central conduit between strategy, operations, and execution across Payments, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams.
• Proactively identify blockers and ensure alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular visibility and reporting on program progress, risks, and performance to leadership.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in payments, fintech, or POS/terminal environments, specifically in payment acceptance, acquiring, or hardware rollouts.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and go-to-market teams to drive adoption, revenue, or wallet share.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive execution with limited direction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align product, commercial, and operations teams.
