What you will do

• Execute the Empowering Safer Play (ESP) strategy and leadership ambitions globally across all business units.
• Translate Group ESP policies and standards into actionable, business-specific plans for product and technology teams.
• Lead ESP workstreams across product, technology, marketing, customer support, and operations.
• Provide expert advice on product features, game mechanics, and player communications to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage strategic relationships with regulators, industry bodies, research organizations, and NGOs.
• Prioritize the technology roadmap for player protection tools, data, and safer play functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in high-compliance businesses, ideally within online Real Money Gaming or gaming operations.
• Strong expertise in Responsible Gaming, player protection, compliance, or sustainability.
• Proven program or project management capability delivering complex initiatives across multiple collaborators.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse global teams.
• Flexibility to operate from the central London office 3 days a week.
